CRAIG J. BOYER, CPA

began his career in the audit and tax department with a Dallas CPA firm. His business experience includes the acquisition, operation and sale of two retail companies, founder and president of an international company supporting the telecommunications industry. He has represented businesses with lease negotiations and capital funding.

His professional experience includes audit engagements of insurance companies to include design and implementation of a strategic audit plan and coordination with subsidiaries and parent companies, preparation of tax returns and tax planning for individuals, partnerships, trusts, corporations and estates. In addition, he has concluded IRS offer in compromise representation matters resulting in discharge of millions of dollars in delinquent taxes.

Mr. Boyer is a graduate of Ferris State University with a BBA in accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs where he has served on the Financial Statement Sub-committee. He is also licensed to do securities business in the State of Texas.
